Meet Our Staff

Pastor, Ron Prosise

Ron Prosise is the Pastor-Teacher of Family Heritage Church. Ron and his wife Donna have been married for over 25 years and have two children: Jonathan, who works for Apple Computer in Cupertino and Anna who is a nurse. A native of California, Ron is thrilled to minister in the state where he met his beautiful bride.

Ron holds a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry as well as a Doctor of Ministry in Expository Preaching from The Master’s Seminary. His passion is to equip Christ’s church through teaching and shepherding, to see God’s word joyfully lived out through lives empowered by the Holy Spirit. In addition to over 25 years of pastoral ministry, the Lord has given Ron some unique adventures in military ministry, including jumping out of planes as an Army paratrooper, serving as a chaplain to the Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force, ministering to troops in Iraq as well as to wounded warriors at the military hospital in Germany.

Ron and Donna enjoy walking, hiking, exploring new sites, trying new foods, playing cut-throat Settlers of Catan games, and spending time with family and friends. Ron has been at FHC since March of 2013.
