As per Riverside County order, we will not be able to meet as a congregation until further notice in light of COVID-19.

In place, we will be running a livestream and invite you to tune in on Sunday at 10:30AM and worship from your home.

“When I am afraid, I will put my trust in You. In God, whose word I praise, In God I have put my trust; I shall not be afraid. What can mere man do to me?” –Psalm 56:3–4
Last week, it was strange for me to preach to an empty auditorium. This is an unprecedented time in our history. Never imagined that we would get any close to this kind of pandemic. Although we are not sure where all this is going, it is during this time that as people of God, as believers, we, the church must put our faith and trust in the Lord. We must enjoy the peace that surpasses all understanding that will guard our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus.
As an Elder board we have decided to continue to minister to you, and no virus can prevent us from doing that. Though we are not physically coming together at the church, we will continue to worship through live stream on Sunday. This Sunday, I plan to preach Psalm 90.
To provide opportunities to study God's Word during the week, I will be using zoom video conference. I will start using this platform to teach on Wednesday nights.
The ministry of Family Heritage cannot continue without your financial support. Our missionaries that we support are also dependent on your weekly giving. You have the opportunity to give online from our church website, or through the link on this email. You can also drop off your giving at the church office on Wednesdays or Fridays between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. You can also mail us your check. The address to the church is 78998 Miles Avenue, La Quinta, CA 92253.
We have an AGAPE fund. This fund is for our church members who have financial needs. If you or someone you know from our church needs any financial assistance because of the present COVID-19 situation, please let us know. Also, let's look out for opportunities to serve people in our congregation who could be vulnerable to this virus by running errands for them or helping them in any way possible. I pray that you will stay connected to with each other and continue to encourage one another with God's word.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to let us know! We'd be happy to help.
